Restaurant Policies

– All reservations are made online – Link on this page.
– We only accept debit/credit cards with a “RFID chip”.
– We only accept 3 forms of payments for parties of 3 or more.
– 15 minute grace period from your reservation time.
– All reservations and parties are 90 minutes max.
– Reservation will be CANCELLED after 15 minute grace period (STRICTLY ENFORCED).
– 50% of your party must be present at time of seating, otherwise, your reservation will be cancelled.
– Deposits must be submitted to Miss Toya’s Creole House for parties of 10-19 ($200) and parties of 20 or more ($300). Click our private events page for more information.
– Parties of 20 or more people have a $125 food and beverage minimum per person.
– Parties of 15 or more people have a $70 food and beverage minimum per person.
– Large Parties CANNOT have separate reservations and separate tables
– If you are unable to make a reservation, this means the time slot is booked, and your other option is selecting another time or day.

Dining Standards

· We do not offer highchair seating for children and strollers are not permitted in the dining room.
· Please notify us of any food allergies so that we can accommodate your dining request.
· For guests who are celebrating a special occasion, we do not permit decorations including balloons.
